Hello everyone!  In first life, Hex and I had a quiet Christmas with my daughter and her dad.  We didn't even put the tree up til Christmas Eve, which suited me just fine.  It'll come down by New Years, which also suits me.  Christmas Day, we went out to dinner at a diner about 30 miles from home.  It was really pretty impressive, so I suspect we'll be headed there for future holiday dinners.  (In case anyone wonders-- yes, we cook.  We even cook well.  But why bother when someone else can do the clean-up at a restaurant?) In less wonderful news, Hex is temporarily unemployed because of the US government shutdown.  For a while at least, that won't affect our inworld expenditures and activities.  If it reaches a point where it does, we'll still be around but doing things differently. Freda's Events May 26-30   It's been a busy, busy few days inworlds and out, so this week's event postings and newsletter are a tad later than I like them to be.  Better late than never!     Belles and Caledonia Skytower performed May 20 at Senchai Library.  Donna Reed we are not.
